MOT

An MOT is the UK's mandatory annual roadworthiness test for vehicles over three years old, required by law to legally drive on public roads.

Most UK vehicles must pass an MOT test every year once they reach three years old, checking items like brakes, tyres, lights, and emissions. Garages commonly use MOT due-date reminders as a customer retention and booking tool within their GMS.
